Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming how people live, learn, work, communicate, and make decisions. The emergence of generative AI, autonomous and agentic systems, intelligent robotics, and data driven technologies has expanded AI's role from a supporting computational tool into an increasingly active participant in human activities. ICITech 2027 asks how this new generation of AI can be directed toward a more sustainable future for energy, industry, and humanity alike.

ICITech 2027 manages paper submission and review through Microsoft CMT. Please prepare your manuscript using the official IEEE template before submitting.

Prepare your manuscript
Write your original, unpublished paper following the IEEE conference template (see Author Guidelines below).

Create a Microsoft CMT account
Papers are submitted and tracked through the Microsoft CMT conference management system.

Submit for peer review
Each submission undergoes peer review by the Program Committee.

Revise & register
Accepted authors submit a final manuscript and complete registration by 13 August 2027.

Author Guidelines
Prepare your manuscript using the official IEEE template and review the checklist below before submitting through Microsoft CMT.
Manuscript Template
All submissions must follow the official IEEE conference formatting.
Submission Preparation Checklist
- The paper has not been published and is not under review for another journal or conference at the time of submission.
- The final file is submitted in Microsoft Word. If the manuscript was typeset in LaTeX, include the LaTeX source code for the camera ready submission. Camera ready papers are written in English and are four to six pages long, following the general IEEE guidelines on font sizes and formatting.
- For peer reviewed tracks, author names are removed from the submission. ICITech 2027 uses a double blind review process, so "Author" and the year are used in the bibliography and footnotes instead of the authors' names, and authors should ensure their identity never appears in the submitted paper.
- Personal information is removed from the file properties of all Microsoft Office documents (including supplementary files) before submission, via File, Save As, Tools/Options, Security, "Remove personal information from file properties on save".
Non Presented Paper Policy
The committee reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.
Output Publication
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
No Show Policy
All accepted papers must be presented orally (offline) or virtually (online) at the conference to be published in the proceedings, unless the paper is not intended for publication in the proceedings.
